MatchLabs ("we", "us", "our") provides a subscription-based software platform offering matched betting tools including a lay bet calculator, odds matcher, offer tracker, and AI-assisted guidance (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that:

• you are 18 or older;
• you are resident in a jurisdiction where matched betting is lawful;
• you have read and understood our Disclaimer.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe eligibility requirements are not met.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycles, and trial periods are displayed at checkout and on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.

A 14-day free trial ("Trial Period") is available to new users with no credit card required. At the end of the Trial Period, access to paid features ceases unless a paid subscription is activated. No charges are applied automatically at the end of a Trial Period.

All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for unused portions of a paid billing period except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any bookmaker's terms of service;
• share your account credentials with third parties or re-sell access to the Service;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or extract data from the Service by automated means;
• use the Service to engage in money laundering or any activity in breach of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002;
• submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information to the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of this clause without refund.

All content, software, and materials provided through the Service — including guides, calculator logic, AI output, and brand assets — are the intellectual property of MatchLabs or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial matched betting activity.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

The Service incorporates artificial intelligence features including automated offer analysis, personalised recommendations, and educational content generation. AI output is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. You should always verify offer terms directly with the relevant bookmaker before placing any bet.

AI explanations of bet calculations are illustrative. The mathematical result displayed by the calculator is authoritative; if there is any discrepancy between the AI explanation and the calculator output, rely on the calculator output.

The Service provides links to third-party bookmaker websites. These links may include affiliate tracking parameters through which MatchLabs earns commission if you register and place bets. We are not responsible for the terms, availability, or conduct of third-party bookmakers.

Bookmaker promotional offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time. We make reasonable efforts to keep offer information current but cannot guarantee accuracy. Always check current terms with the bookmaker before qualifying.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatchLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@matchlabs.io to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
